If you help care for someone with Alzheimer’s or another dementia, your own health matters too. BetterAge is a research study with weekly guidance to support your wellbeing — about 10–20 minutes a week, all from home. You will receive a $100 thank-you for completing the study.

If you can join, we guide you by email. There are no visits and nothing to install.

Read your weekly guidance and answer a few short check-in questions.

Who can take part?

  • You give unpaid care or support to someone with Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia.
  • You are 60 years of age or older.
  • You have regular access to the internet.
  • You are comfortable reading and writing in English, and using email and websites.

Good to know

6 monthsThe study runs for six months. Each week takes about 10–20 minutes, all from home.
